HEI voltage question
With the engine running I have a little over 14 volts at the dist. connector. Is that to much?

where do you have it wired to? i have mine running to the fuse block, but kinda sucks if the truck stalls and the key is in the on position. takes a few minutes for it to start when that happens. usually 2-3 times a month cause it cold out here in Alaska this time of year so i can always here the truck when i am in the shower. there there a way to wire it so that when the truck is running the wire is hot instead of in the on position?
