Its easy. I swapped my slidder out for a solid glass awhile back. We put a rope in the seal where the cab goes into it and that helped open the seal up. Then, with my dad pushing on the outside and me pulling the rope out as we went along it went smoothly. We started in one corner then slowly moved around the glass.

I know of a guy locally (Kirkland) that last time I checked had a few used sliders for sale. If you want I could PM you his #.
Or I guess since he hands out business cards that say "73-87 Chev/GMC truck and 60's Pontiac parts" I could just put his # here - (425) 827-9318. Sometimes you get killer deals, sometimes you got to barter? Depends on what he's parting at the moment.

I just took my slider out & installed a solid glass. Its pretty simple, but a helper makes it easier. Dont forget a spray bottle with dishsoap & water...corn
