front clip bolt question
I'm getting ready to install, fenders/inners/core support and other items attached to the core support on my 71, hopefully next weekend. I have two different length bolts as shown in the attached pic and need to know which goes where, for the following locations:
1. battery tray to core support 2. battery tray to inner fender 3. core support to fender 4. core support to triangle support (right and left) 5. fender to above triangle support 6. fender to inner fender 7. grill shell to fenders 8. grill shell support to core support and hood latch mechnism Can't think of any others. here's the two bolts:

The short ones are used in 1,3, 4, & 5. The longer ones are used in the rest of the locations, except the lower hood latch which uses a 12 point screw.

You are welcome, I just removed a Blazer saddle today and I believe that what I told you is pretty accurate.

When I took the front clip off the 72 C30 I wasn't paying too much attention myself and figured I'd just ask the great members of this board the question. My 7 yr old actually took most of the bolts off.

Your 7 year old is lucky, you are starting him off the right way! (Maybe I should not assume that your 7 year old is a boy).
