Turbo 400 seems to be the right choice...but don't you mean what is the correct "DriveShaft" length? I've got a similar issue going on as I have a 350 SBC and am installing a 700r4, which the drive shaft will have to be shortened. I plan on hooking it all up and measuring and then have it cut. Hope this helps.

Chevydude, call your driveshaft shop up and ask them how to measure it. I shortened my 2 piece and they wanted from center of carrier bearing to tip of output shaft. Your shop might want differant.
Bigunde, can't say for your xmember question.

Thanks Chicken Wing. I have friends at the Drive Shaft shop and they are coming out to the house when the Engine and Tranny are setting in place. They want to measure themselves.

Either. They use the same mount.
