Door window issues

I'm having problems with the new felt someone put in my door. It seems to be binding up ( the rear rail and the wing window rail ) with the glass when I try to roll up and down the window. In addition, I just put a new window in ( it still binds up on the felt) and I was wondering the tricks you guys use to secure the glass to the bottom plate on the regulator? I did buy the new rubber for under the glass and scrapped out all of the crusty stuff.

thanks for any advice.

James

Installing a window into the window sash is a little tricky. I just have the local glass shop do it. It is pretty cheap to have done in this area.
