I received the condenser from you today. It was shipped on the 23rd of November and tracking it with the tracking number was useless. The only entry in the tracking log was the date and time it was picked up!

Anyway it arrived safe and sound. That was a great job of wrapping the condenser since they have their delicate areas. With the condenser sandwiched in cardboard, bubble wrapped, and double boxed it was undamaged by the shipping/handling. If anyone needs to know how to ship a condenser, BobbyK is the man!
