He's probably selling it because he is tired of getting laughed at.

The sad part is....that it was still probably a lot of work. It just needs to be crushed at this point.

I dunno maybe it's the margaritas talking but ... I almost like it, if you tubbed the rear, moulded in the tailgate so it was no longer usable and put on a fiberglass cover and then used it to race maybe (street or strip I suppose) it could be done up to look kinda kickass, I dunno personally I don't think I'd do it but it could clean up into an interesting looking "oddball".

The only excuse I can think of for that surgery is an extreme case of rock-crawling 4x4 that wants to improve departure angle. But then, you probably wouldn't use a long wheelbase rig.
But dropped, with spokes? One word. Yuck. SSOW

Be kind to the handicapped. It`s obviously an amputee survivor of some catasrtophic nightmare,ie:tree fell across tail-end,didn`t quite beat the train, cancer of the 1/4 panel, birth defect, cruel college prank...No,seriously,I would have just added a few feet onto the garage if it didn`t fit.
