I had video of that going sideways. I still have some photos too from HAN. It's a wicked ride.

Its been up for sale before ...last year i believe. Wonder what happened? Not sure what benefits 4 wheel steer has ...seems it would be dangerous with 44's

I think it does. Owner frequents coloradok5.com under the same name as his plate says (1FNHIK5). At one time he was offering it with or without the rearsteer. IMO, it's absolutley wicked, but I agree with the 'how long will she hold up to the 44's' concerns. WHOLE lotta work done to it though!!!

The owner was a member on CK5.com (1FNHIK5). He built that thing very tough and 4x4'd it hard. He put in the a 454 because he blew the 350. It looks like the 454 has been swapped out for another 350. I thought he had 1.5 ton axels all the way around too. The owner of the blue Blazer in the shot at hot august nights is also a member on CK5.com.
It was a very nice, useable 4wd. I hope that it hasn't been distroyed. I think he was asking $13K for it with the rear steer.

Not sure if the link will work, but he has a big album on webshots... He was NOT afraid to use this truck. If the link doesn't work, do an image search on google for 1FNHIK5.
Believe it or not, I am talking to the old lady about this one. It's only like 500 miles away from me. 1FNHIK5

redz 1970 K5 - does he still own it? I thought he sold it about a year ago. If you ask about the truck on CK5.com, I'm sure there are several people there that will give you info on it!

Ya, I remember seeing it on ebay as well... Guess the new owner could be reusing old pictures. I will have to do some research.
I would personally dump the 4WS though. Unless it is properly thought out and complimentary to the front steering, it is completely dangerous. It's high enough as it is to add on additional risk!
