WTB Vacuum Coupling at the back of intake

[B] I am looking for the Vaccum Coupling (T Fitting ) that goes into the back of the intake manifold. One line off the T goes to Carb and the other goes to PVC Valve. I have looked online at a lot of parts places and checked the local parts stores and Can't find one.

Would anybody have one for sale or know where I can get one and what it is called ?
