What is this??

What is the small relay/box to the upper right of the fuse panel? I can't find it in any of my books. I think it has something to do with the front lights and want to be sure. With the key in the on position this guy gets extremely hot, that's why I have it unplugged at the moment as I try to get my beast running again. Thanks in advance!

If it's hot, then my horn button must be stuck on. Does my logic sound right? BTW, my horns are not plugged in yet.

Put on ear plugs when you plug them in...they'll make you jump.
