WTB 67-72 truck jack and handle

I am looking for an original 67-72 Chevy or GMC truck jack and handle, and possibly the bracket or whatever was used to mount it. And whatever accessories that goes with it. My truck doesn't have any of it.

There's a guy in your town that has a lot of truck stuff . His name is Lonnie Williams. He has a small shop in Ft. Wayne.

Is he a board member here? If so what is his user id? Anyone know how to get a hold of this guy? Our Fort Wayne phone book is out 3" thick. That would be great if I could get a hold of the jack and handle locally.
