where to find build sheets in trucks

I would like to know where are the places to look in our trucks for build sheets. I have heard behind the seat, are there other possible places?

my guess would be either behind the gastank, which is behind the seat.

My guess because, i KNOW on cars they are above the gastanks.

GOODLUCK!

See you learn something new every day by hanging out here, I didn't even know the build sheet could possibly found in our trucks. Of course mine is so bastardized that any hope of finding it I'm sure is long gone. (I've had the seat and tank out, so no dice there) I found it behind the rear seat of my Camaro. I know, a helluva lot of help that is!
