Tail Light Trim Clips - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Anybody have a shot or drawing of how the clips mount on the tail light trim on my 72? I have tried but see the could be wrong so I'm not sure. Honestly don't know why there are so many, seems the two screws hold the thing on pretty well.
