No more AC
I cut the stock AC box down so it was even with the blower motor. Then cut a piece of cardboard the size of the hole. The I fiberglassed the whole mess up & after a little bondo & paint I put it back on...It sure helped clean up the fire wall. It will be a lot easier to work on the pass side of the engine now too...corn

Thanks! It ended up pretty good but Im a little worried about the edges holding up. There is a guy @20 miles from here that makes vinyl siding & plastic go-cart bodies. Im thinking about seeing if he can make me a few of these covers in plastic. Ill let you know if I can make it happen...corn

wouldnt it have been just as easy to just get the outside of a non ac box or swap out heater box?
