Cool What are these parts worth?

I just need to know a fair asking price for these parts.

Parts are from a 1972 C10.

1) Complete front crossmember with a-arms, coils, spindles, calipers, and rotors?

2) Complete coil spring rear end (5 lug, 3.08 or 3.07 open diff.), coils, crossmembers, panhard, and trailing arms (some rust between them)?

Unless you can find someone local who wants them, nothing. Shipping would kill any worth. I couldn't give away my front suspension (cross member, converted 5 lug disc, dropped spindles, less than 3k on tie rods, ball joints, etc.). Someone may want the stuff to do a disc brake conversion. Same thing with the stock rear end (new bearings, ring and pinion, dropped springs, etc.). If the trailing arms are good someone will probably want those. I'd post a ad but I'd be willing to separate and get rid of what I could. I was hoping to recoup some of the money on the new front and rear suspension but it didn't happen. Sorry I couldn't give you better news but maybe someone here will prove me wrong? Hint, hint.

Have to agree, it would cost way to much to arrive here....

Shouldn't have a problem selling or trading them..

I paid $125 for a complete front crossmember/disk set-up with the power booster and lines. I also got a couple little odds and ends that the 'yard owner threw in. I've seen rear-ends as cheap as 75 bucks and as high as 250 for these trucks... jmo

He hasn't said it was for sale to highest bidder, or even that it's for sale... He's doing as the Guidelines suggest.
I. All for sale or trade ads must include the price. If you do not know the price of the item(s) you are selling, then you should do some research. Absolutely no auctions or bids.

He's doing the research to see what is fair Market Value.. The guy wants as much as the Market Allows, but doesn't want to price his stuff out of the reasonable price range..

Moderators, Please correct me if i'm wrong !!!!!

Longhair, this guy is no different than every other guy asking value of his truck. No sense jumping on him.

1972, that stuff isn't junk. In this area, you might get 100 bucks for the front suspension. I'd gladly buy the rearend if it was local. That's a 200 dollar rearend around here. Texas is full of long highways where we drive fast and 3.07 ratio 5 luggers are great to have.

Thanks for the info guys. I have a 1972 C10 that I am wanting to covert to a 4x4. The reason I was asking what the parts are worth is to see if it would be worth saving and selling/giving away any of them. If they were junk and useless I would just torch them out and throw them away and save myself the time and hassle of grinding rivets and advertising junk. Since you guys say that they are somewhat worth something I will save them to sell or give away.

Thanks again.

1972-- your parts are what any of us could be interested if we saw it locally. To get a reasonable price, I usually call the junk yard and see what they would want for the same item. Should be able to get a good idea for the rear, maybe an approximation for the front. I see the rears for around $2-250. I wouldn't throw the front away....wait for a local swap meet and see what you can trade for. My 70 chevy craves your disc setup right now; just a matter of the right person at the right time.

Florida Mike, I gave it all to Ed @ Mothertruckers (link in sig) in hopes it wouldn't go to waste. I tried selling it but during last year I just got tired of it being in the way and took it down to him.
