how fast was i going?
i wasnt paying enough attention to look at the tach, but i got my speedo wrapped around back to 25mph on the highway a little bit ago. its scary passing traffic with 100+ mph lane changes
anyways, dont drive when you are severly pissed off because you can kill yourself. yes, i know what i was doing wasnt safe, especially because it was right before 6pm, but like i said, i was VERY VERY pissed |

man how the heck can you go down the highway in your truck so fast with those gears and tranny? I have the same set up and my truck revs up so high just even cruising down the road. What rpm's are you running going 75 mph?

oh yeah, i like my SS brake lines too, can really tell a difference at those speeds i probably scared the **** out of this ford superduty, i was behind him in the passing lane, he was going slower than me and wouldnt get over so i hauled ass around hiim and swearved back in front of him so i wouldnt have hit the minivan in front of me in the slow lane. yes, i will say it again, i dont normally do it, but it made me feel better a little and i know it was dangerous to me and other people, but i didnt care at the time... |

You had 2.72 gears first right? If so then 100 MPH is all you were doing. Sorry man but my 305 can do that.
Last time I was pissed like that I broke something. Keep it off the street. Kill the tires in the parking lot is better than killing yourself or others. |

wow and i felt bad about hitting 85 on the highway the other day. I'm too scared to go much beyond that, and with 2.56 gears, i bet it'll go a bit further. But not much further as i have the above-stated 305 2-barrel....
not sure what the revs were, as the wind noise prevented me from hearing much of the motor.

135 aint $hit!! BTW a 700r4 wouldnt get you any more speed likely. It would probably keep kickin down or burn up first!!
