I'm tired of grinding...had to have my first beer in 6 months after this one. Its not finshed yet....just needed a break.

Old Weldor's Secret.....
Those triangle magnet things can cause plenty of frustration. The magnet in them will make your arc act real wacky when welding near them. Once it's tacked, get that magnet away from there for the final welding.

Is it just me or is the firewall metal thin and hard to weld in the heater motor area
If you put your beer in the cowl area it cant fall and ruin your day |

A cold bottle of beer makes a good heat-sink.Tasted like crap hot,though.Said you were almost finished.The 1st beer in 6mos,or the welding?When smoothing-out the left side,don`t eliminate those two holes.They are very necesary.
