Talking Retractable light for underhood from late model Chevy trucks

Finally identified and found sources for the underhood light with the 18' retractable cord and magnetic base light. It's made by Stewart Warner, part #79550 and can be bought from numerous sources one of which is:
Parts Distribution Services (310-900-0450) $27.93 plus shipping. Sorry the picture is so small but it's all I could find. These make great additions to our trucks.

If ordering from them, do they charge the going rate of sales tax for LA?

My 96 GMC has that "trouble light" assembly as a standard feature mounted under the hood. This is something that would be a good junk yard find.... they are seldom used so they should be in like new condition and I would think inexpensive too!

I asked that question too and they said no sales tax. I hope that holds true.

I find these in junkyards all the time for $1-$5 dollars. Now that the trucks that have these are getting older, you'll be finding alot more and much easier.
