need helwig swaybar help
i need to see a pic of a coilspring rear with a helwing swaybar on it ?!?!? i got one i want to put on my truck but dont know what goes where

I dont have any pictures but I put one of those on my Dads 70 CST
If you are using the same one I did its a pretty crappy swaybar to be honest with you. It was built to clamp on but I modified the trailering arm brackets so they bolt on. For where it mounts to the frame I made new brackets using a couple pieces of large angle iron. I will try and get some pics in the next few days. |

i have got the helwig sway bar i just need to know how it hooks to the truck i got it used and dont know how to put it on the truck

I couldnt find the brackets for the trailering arms but basically what I did was lop off the excess metal that overhung and drilled holes to make it bolt on instead of clamp on.
Here is a pic of the brackets I made for the front mounts. |
