85 C20 Load Control Valve Removal Question.

Since i cant locate a source for a new Load Control Valve Im Going To Remove As Someone Suggested In The Past

My Question Is Would A Truck That DID Not Come With This Use A Different Proportioning Valve

I Was Thinking Since My Truck Has That Valve It May Get Full Rear Brake Or More % Than Normal Applied From The Prop Valve .

If Anyone Has Any Info On This It Would Be Apreciated And Incase someone doesnt know What A Load Control Valve Is. It Applies More Brake The More the truck is loaded .. Or So I Assume.
Heres a pic of it.
