need help, frame measurements

I need some measurements of the front frame for my '68 C10 since the frame shop doesnt have any for this vintage. mine is bent to the left in front of the Xmember about 1 1/2 inches. I suppose I would need to know the distance from like the front X member bolt to some other place near the front of horn on the opposite side in both directions.
