Anyone in or near Detroit?

I'm interested in a blazer I found online at a dealership in Detroit called Legend Motors. Has anyone heard of them and have anything good or bad to say about them?
Thanks

Thumbs up

Hi 88:

Maybe you could find a clean one in southeast states like Florida, closer to you. I live in Ontario, 2 hrs from Detroit and I bought an Ontario truck. Had to do a lot of rust repair. In hindsight I would have been better off to pay more and get southern one. I was lucky a bodyshop friend did it in his spare time for cash. $4000 lower than bodyshop quotes.

My next one for my son will be from Texas or Florida.

Happy hunting.

I wouldn't trust ANY business that's actually IN Detroit. In the suburbs, maybe, but not the city proper.

That being said, the only way you'll find a good truck around here is if it's from somewhere else or it's had all the body panels replaced.

What year and how much are they asking for it?

It was a 91 with power mirrors and silver and black paint. I had a 90 the same color and options that I loved more than anything. Then one day my ex girlfriend borrowed it and drove it straight into a boulder. She was fine, but the truck was deemed totaled.

I got next to nothing for it from the insurance company. I bought a 71 Blazer to restore to fill the void, and I really like it, but it's not the same as my 90. I'm looking for another 90-91 in good shape. I'll have it shipped if I find a good one.
I guess I have 2nd gen withdrawal or something.

That blazer I was looking at in Detroit was from the south, but it sold before I got to it.
