71 or 72 Super 3/4 ton Big Block F/S

I cant remember what year, I think its a 72
This is my buddys truck, and the price isnt negotiable, he wants $2500 or he isnt interested in selling
I thought someone might be interested, its a steal even at california prices
Factory 402 w/fresh rebuild.....it purrs like a kitten
Everything works flawlessly, even A/C
There's no body damage, no rust at all
This truck has 90 something thousand miles original one owner, had a camper all its life, campers gone, and mint tailgate re-installed, interior is cherry
Has only 3 flaws if you can call them that
1. Paint is slightly faded
2. When they rebuilt the engine they sprayed it the later model blue
3. It has a Salvage title only because it was a donated vehicle
This is the cleanest original truck in the country Im sure for this price, I have to many projects, and no room, otherwise I'd buy it and double the price and sell it easy
If your interested, post your interest, NO pm's
I will take shots of the truck tomorrow

Sounds too good to be true. If it is available I will buy it for $2500.00. It sounds better than the 3/4 ton I just bought. Send me some pics as well.
Darrell..

I just like it to go to someone that can apreciate the originality of this vehicle. You could drive it to New York without a worry in the world.

Ok, the pictures are ready to fly, after looking at the truck closer, I did find a couple more flaws, nothing major, but my memory is going with age I guess
1. the interior is cherry, but the seat was reupholstered in a darker green which I didnt notice. Remember I saw this truck for about 5-10 minutes while it was being loaded on a flatbed.
2. armrests need replaced, there black in color
3. there's some pop rivets in some of the emblem holes-(custom camper) and mirror holes, dont ask why
4. there is a couple places where someone did some minor body work, possibly dings, cause the panels feel straight
5. The white paint on the top half of the truck looks like it was applied with a paint brush, looks to me like it would blow off with a spray gun at the local car wash
6. there's a patch of sheet metal on the lower inside right door, I never saw this with the door being closed
Other than that, I didnt see any other issues, but you might spot something, but I really dont want to hear the negatives you find. This is for interested parties only
I think with a couple small holes filled, like where the camper shocks mounted, and a spray of paint, this would make someone happy camper
BTW, I was amazed to see it has cruise control.......seem kinda kewl to me

The original 402 painted blue over the original orange, its actually peeling off, and yes the am-fm works, he took the rear bumper off, it was one of those extra long extended camper style

Anyway, if this turns your crank, post, I dont want any pm's, tend to get to many looky lous with no cash, but a bunch of questions

You could put a full glass of water on the air cleaner, and it wont spill, runs perfect

Consider it sold.
Questions
1. How to pay?
2. Where are you and how can I pick it up?

I have a daughter that lives in LA who we put on a plane last tuesday, I will call her and wire funds to her. I will have her pick the truck and title up if that's ok. Her name is Emily. Can you email me the way you want to be contacted?
