90 burb value?

hey guys,
i'm looking at a 90 burb in my area and i'm curious to see what you think it's worth. here's the stats

1990
tpi 350
automatic trans not sure if it's a 350 or 700
fleet truck
no air
rear heat
95,000 miles
barn doors
vinal interior
2 tone baby blue and white
allmost no rust except bottom of one barn door and the bottom 4 corners of the rear wheel wells
3:42? open rear

anyway that's what i know about it so far. since i've never owned a suburban what areas should i pay more attention to?

thoughts on value?

Is it a 4X4 or 4X2?

That one sounds a lot like my '90 Burb. Mine's an old 4X2 state fleet vehicle - no air, vinyl ect.

Around here I guess you could get $1000-$1500 on a good day if it's a 4X2. Much less if rust is much of a problem. No air and 4X2 makes them pretty much worthless. If the one you are looking at is a 4X4 I'd price it around $2000-$2500 tops.

Check under the pad in the way back. My burb is starting to rust in the areas you mentioned and way in back on the floor. Is the paint pealing off? It's a common problem on GM vehicles of this vintage.

On the plus side mine's been very reilable and it gets good mpg on the highway. I can get close to 18-19mpg. You can't beat it for a work vehicle/beater.

yea it's 2 wheel drive. the guy has a 4x4 avalable too but he's a little nuts on his price. besides i like 2 wheel drive non air trucks. it's just less crap i have to fix all the time.
