Make sure that you don't loose any bolts!

If you are worried about it, use ziplock bags to organize them, and dot any special bolts with a bit of whiteout along with it's description on the bag or something

Fenders are easy enough you can to them in just a couple of bolts if you leave the inners attached theres two on the inner fender to cab, the three alont the end of the wheel well that attach t the radiator support a couple on the top of the rad support and the one that holds the inner part of the fender by the cab... ( its been a couple months since i did one of these so im trying to remember)
if you take off the fenders first its way easier to get in there and disconnect the steering column, unscrew the bolt in the wiring harness at the block and mark the cab so you can remove the door hinges from the cab and take off the doors on the cab. there are four cab to frame bolts. if you have the nose and bed off its real easy to lift off a cab with a couple of buddies
to remove a slider window ive always used two screw drivers and lifted up starting in the corner of the gasket ( usually lower left) and worked my way around lifting the gasket and applying some pressure to push the gasket out with the window and once ya get most of the way around top and bottom you can just slide it out
like the others said organize your bolts and mark things
