Question Fusebox and wiper motor question......

I just bought a 1984 chebby c-10...love it.....does anyone know where I can go to get a pix of the fusebox for this truck (it has a/c and a 305v8 if that matters----my repair manual is pretty much useless and I cannot see it too good under the dash) and the wipers are running REALLY, REALLY slow---thoughts about how to fix them??? THX!!!
