I believe that car is Granada based. Better measure. I know the disc brake housings form the MK cars are almost perfect with the right bolt pattern axles and all. The ratio's are usually quite high in them though.

If I remember correctly there is a 2" total difference, so that would be 1" on both sides shorter. The bolt pattern is supposed to be the same 5 on 5. I'm not a f52d guy so please double check me on this, but I looked into it a few years ago and even found a rear, but decided it wasn't worth the price and work. ......Jerry

I'VE GOT A NINE INCH OUT OF A 75 MKIV. IT HAS DISCs & A 5 ON 5 BOLT PATTERN (SAME AS OUR TRUCKS). IT'S WITHIN AN INCH OR SO OF BEING THE SAME WIDTH. I TRADED A FRIEND (WHO OWNS A DRIVELINE SHOP) A BUNCH OF PARTS TO PUT A NEW POSI UNIT IN IT, & CHANGE OUT THE RING & PINION FOR 3.55 TO 1 GEARS. HE ALSO REPLACED ALL SEALS & BEARINGS. I HAVEN'T GOT THIS PROJECT ROADWORTHY YET, BUT IT SHOULD BE BY MID-SUMMER. JOHN

Better check the prices on parts for the Versailles(if you can find them).Ford does not carry parts for these any more.

Yup as long as the spline count is correct for your axles any should fit.

Not talking about the stump--calipers. rotors, brackets, parking brakes parts, etc.. I know because my son-in-law just got one to try to put in his 56 Chevy. Found out you cannot shorten axles or find parts for the items I listed. Any one want to buy a good Lincoln Ver. 9" disc brake rearend? CHEAP!

the Versailles rear is the rear of choice for the Street Rod crowd ... so much so that they are dang near impossible to find anymore.

That's right, street rodders like'em for the width, only an inch or so wider than the early mustang. I'm not positive, but I thought they had 5 x 4 1/2" bolt pattern.

I have a one of these rears. They are approx 55" bmeasured back of rotor to back of rotor. I'll check to make sure if you really want me to. They are 5x 4.5 bolt pattern. they use a tapered axle so they can't be shortened. I original bought it to go in a 70 z28 many years ago. it was too narrow to clear the leaf springs. Latter I used in in my 85 pro streeter. It will go under the 67 we're building now. $200 is a good price you can easily sell it for that much to the street rodders like Shane & 72402 said.

You'd have 8 lug front wheels and 5 on 4 1/2 car pattern rear wheels.
Also, if your truck is a coil spring truck, you'll have to do some mods to get the panhard bar mounted to the rearend as well as the spring pad change.

on a ford 9" the bottom bolts on the center section can not be removed with a rachet and socket...on a 8" they can

My bad on the bolt pattern, so it must be the Mark IV that had the 5 on 5 pattern?

rear end
if you have 8 lug now, you can get a 14ff and convert it to disk brakes. its pretty easy. you then dont have to change you front end to a different bolt pattern,(No FURD parts) LOL....
