numbers on firewall

numbers on firewall on drivers side under the cowl does your trucks have them

400 is not in the vin#

Yes both of mine have them, also there is a set of numbers near the toe panel on the pass. side, best I can tell it was a date code for the cab.

It also has 400 in red crayon on the center of the firewall behide the distributor maybe this is number of the truck comming off the line that day

I've had dozens of trucks down to the firewall and never noticed that before.

Mine had 460 under the brake booster in white crayon (wax marker) as well as the model number on the firewall and 118 under the driver's side seat ( under the carpet). I put them all back after the paint.
