New edelbrock carbs

This seller on ebay is selling new edelbrock carbs. Anyone done business with them or have any words of warning?

They have 141 POSITIVE feed back reports...I would feel comfortable doing biz with them.

Just an FYI, that isn't enough to tell.

Unscrupulious people are continually phishing for information about Ebay accounts with high feedback in order to get control of the account and toss up popular items and GREAT prices.

Look at previous auctions and see if the person has worded them the same.
Check and see if the seller used to only sell kids toys and clothes but all of a sudden has "must have" electronic gadgets and car parts.

AND

If you decide to bid but really aren't sure....use an escrow service.

feedback

Feedback looks pretty varied and good. Lots of "Great" comments. Has sold a lot of carbs in last month. Prices vary. I assume they have quite a few to sell, being patient might get pretty good deal. IMHO it would need to be at a fairly decent discount to buy this way vs. dealer.

As many as he sells i'd try to be 2nd highest bidder and see if you don't get a second chance offer IMHO.

I was just looking at this auction a few minutes ago!. If unsure, pay with a Postal Money Order.

With a 100% feedback & he uses pay pal buyer protection I would not be worried about buying from him. Mike

At least he knows how to spell carburetor. I've seen a lot of people selling them that can't even spell it. Even though it's right there on the box.
