Looking at trucks today

Here are the local ones I am going to look at today:

1987 Chevy Silverado, new 350 and transmission, no rust $4,995

1984 Chevy ½ ton, 4x4, 454, AT, new fenders and doors, very good condition $5,295

1982 Chevy ¾ ton, 6 cyl, manual, wood flat/stake bed, new tires, some rust $1,250

Just wondering what one sounds the best to you guys. Keep in mind that I would prefer a 2wd for my project (although not a must have) and some rust on the body doesn't scare me because the truck will be striped to a bare frame and rebuilt anyway. I have more than enough money to buy anyone of these but I might not get any of them and keep on looking. I'm not in a big hurry to buy so I have time to wait and see.

the 87. its fuel injected, and the axles will stand up to the abuse of what is under the hood. the 84 is obviously molested, since no 1/2 ton in 84 was available with a fat block. the 82 is underpowered, and likely in very poor condition.

I had an 87 K20HD 4x4 with 350 and 4 speed manual (Dad's old truck he sold to me...then I sold it when I got my first Silverado Z-71 back in 99).

Very good truck. Never had any problems with the EFI. STrong runner. Loved the 3/4 ton 4x4. Would really like to have that truck again...
