how can a person make that default stop, dont need email notification on this size and active of a forum, i use the feature on other forums, but are lots smaller and lots less traffic, so its great for them, but not so much here, my inbox would be completely overloaded with emial messages, its a pain to uncheck the box every post and reply,,..

Click on the

button...then on the next page, click the edit options button. Scroll down to the part you are looking for there.
