I trashed my plastic tank and got a repro steel tank. It's a very nice peice. Looks like it's OE instead of repro. Only problem has been my hidden hitch. The lip of the tank hits the hitch, and the hitch blocks where the rear strap should go. I've yanked it off and started trimming on that. The filter thing is something my dad bought to use to keep dirt out of the vent hoses. We're trying figure out where to put gas in it now. The other pic is a better picture of my rear sway bar.

Thats a nice looking set-up. The possibilities of where to put the gas filler I have seen so far are: Marker light,bed floor and stakepocket(ask Primeredthunder)

i like that sway bar setup. is that factory? how would it work with an airbag setup? i've never even seen one on a trailing arm setup 67-72.

Sometimes it's easier to do things the hard way. Fesler Built 1968 Chevy C10....Must resist the urge to mess with it!!
