my 69 c10 was the same way. it had a pasty blue look to it when i bought it, and 3 buffed coats of turtle wax, and 2 coats of 3m hand glaze later, it looked like a brand new slick paint job

Looks good.I always like how slick the paint feels after a good buffing.
Now 2 fenders,2doors.2 bedsides,a tailgate,top and a cowl and you'll be ready for the 2nd coat

Has anyone else noticed that all the light blue trucks wearing original paint seem to be real oxidized?
Or is it just me?

Seems I have seen more like that than on any other color of original paint.

True...but that does make me wonder possibly that Light Blue was the most popular colour for 67-72 trucks out there.

If you can polish it, then it must not have been a turd.
