better way to tell difference

Is there a more difinitive way to pin it down. I was under the assumption from seller it cam our of an early 70's car. (came in package and I am going to sell). Price range for one?

I just picked up a '69 GM car floor shift tilt w/keyed column for 65, but it looked a little rusty at the bottom end. My guess would be 50-75 range.

Looks like 77 or so Chevy truck.
