Any local hydraulic hose shop will stock them.

Take the line in there so they can see what you're talking about.

Last one I bought was a few months ago and I got brand new everything from the guage to the engine for about 10 dollars. That's all new brass line and fittings.

67chevyc10stepside....I have a few hundred of the 1/8" breakaway ferrules if you need a couple. Those are what Chevy used when they made them......Let me know....But, they will only work on steel or copper line.

Those are the brass fittings used on the ends of the oil line. One goes into the gauge and the other end goes into the adapter on the block. If you're using nylon line, you need the two piece compression ferrule. I'll post a pic for you tomorrow...I don't feel like going to the garage right now.

Breakaway Ferrule

Here's a pic of breakaway ferrules for ya 67chevy. They will only work on steel, aluminum or copper tubing. These are basically the same thing that GM used on the ends of oil pressure lines when your truck was made. They're easy to use. Just cut the tubing to length then slide the fitting on the tubing. While your threading the fitting into the back of the gauge or the adapter on the block, push the tubing tight against the gauge or adapter. As the fitting is tightened down with a wrench the fitting squashes a little and becomes permanently attached to the oil line. Once it's attached, it can be unscrewed from the gauge again and again and it won't leak. Other ferrules are two piece and have a nut and a small "barrell" shaped piece. Those are usually used on aftermarket gauges. The fittings in the pic will only work on factory gauges.
