WTB: seat bracket doublers (underside of cab)

Anyone have an old cab that had factory buckets with the original seat bracket doublers (for buckets) under the cab? If someone has an old cab and can knock the spotwelds loose let me know what you want for them, I would like to buy a set.

Thank you,
Jeff

Have you thought about making them? They are pretty easy to fabricate.

We made the ones for my son's Burb by bending sheet metal into channels and welding in square nuts.

I have a couple of sets, but I want to keep one set for myself. I have 2 complete sets of backing plates, but only one crossbrace between the 2 seats, and I want to keep that. How soon do you need them?

Jim,
I have no doubt that they could be made pretty easily, I just don't know what the real ones look like, or just how the were done on the passenger side. I would like to keep them as original looking as possible in case some wants to lay under the truck and look at them!

Hugger, your doublers are for buckets and not a bench seat right? I am confused about the cross bracket, what is it?. How many doublers are used on the passenger side, would it be possible to get some pictures?
Thanks
Jeff

Here are some pics of the extra set that I have, still attached to the floor. Poor quality pics, but maybe you can make it out. See the crossbrace across the front, between the seats? I want to keep that piece, because when I bought the other set from a board member, he cut the floor around each mounting point, cutting through the brace, so I didn't get that part. The set pictured is obviously rusty, but all the braces are still solid. They are pitted, but solid. I think that all the threads will clean up and be ok too. Send me a PM if you are interested. Thanks
