upper control arm?
So you want to save your upper control arm bushings and the rest!
Do you grind the rusted nut and bolt going through the frame or can you just losen the big a55 nuts on either side on the upper control arm bushings? How do these come off? I'm just about to pop the ball joint loose and take the spring out but I am wondering what is next.

I don't really need the control arm but want to save the crazy looking part with the bushings in it. Are these re-useable or am I wasting my time. They were new about 4 months ago along with the ball joints.
Any help would be great! |

They are re-usable. You will have to press them out and risk destroying the bushing though....

If I take the whole control arm off, I could re use the whole thing I guess!
Save wrecking anything. I can't believe with all the bolts on this truck only 2 hold the upper control arm on!
