Window Tint and 1 piece galss

I bought the brothers 1 piece galss kit. I got it in the medium tint thinking that it would be the same as soft ray It's quite a bit darker . Well I am kinda stuck with the tint now But what do I do with the rear window ? I would like to have all the glass match with the exception of the front window it could be clear. Any Idea's ? I am thinking if can't get the same colour front and rear glass I might see if I can switch to clear. Just trying to figure this out.

Mario

I put 1 piece tinted glass in a VW bug I had. The side rear windows were flat glass, I got a glass shop to cut some flat tinted glass they had, and had the rear back window tinted with the film stuff ( which I bought at Canadian Tire) You'd never know it wasn't all the same product. contact someone who tints windows, and see what they have for differnt tint products. Or talk to a shop that does flat glass & mirrors. They might be able to cut you a tinted piece for your back window that matches your sides perfectly, and you don't have to worry about it peeling. There are various degrees of tinting, but there are also industry standards. Someone who works with that stuff every day will have a good idea of what to do.

Want to be careful with the tint, as some areas have laws regarding the % tint you can have, and some cops are really a$$es about checking, and writing tickets for it
