Looking for frame section (see pic)

I'm looking for the frame section indicated in the attached pic. Just needs to be the stock C-10 frame piece (no notching like in the pic) and I need both sides. Has anyone got a spare junker (wrecked, LWB, whatever) that has these pieces in good shape? If you can accommodate, please PM me with asking price and shipping to 67230. No tire-kicking here. If it's what I need and at the right price, I'm a buyer.

BTW... a little longer on each end wouldn't hurt

Kenneth

edit to update pic... this is the piece I need-- if you measure from the center of the big xmember 8" forward and 20" back, same for both sides.

You'll see a few 'I just scrapped one...' replies to this one. I know I cut up and scrapped my bent 67 frame last fall...

69Chevy - take your sawzall out there and chop off the section

Torch? Sawzall? Really sharp nail file? If you come up with a way to chop it up, let me know. That sounds just like what I'm looking for. BTW, I only need the 2 rail pieces... NOT the crossmember that ties them together, so something to grind off the rivets that hold them all together would be good).

I'd appreciate it very much. I _think_ they're the same frame rails but don't know for certain. A pic will probably clear that up completely as it will either look just like it or completely different... probably not just a "too close to tell."

I'm waiting to hear back from FRENCHBLUE72 who says he's got one on the chopping block. If that deal doesn't work out, I'll give you others who've offered a buzz.

Ken I chopped that frame today. How much room did you give me to play with cause I got from the crked crass member all the way up to the bed mount you can see in the pic. Would you like it trimed back to your spec's? I am gonna knock out the crossmember's and try to get it boxed up and get a shipping quoate on monday...

That'll work great! I can trim on this end once I get them mocked up and verify exact cut points.

Thanks again!!!

The 3 pieces on the left are perfect. I don't need the one on the right.

The eagle has landed. Thanks very much to FRENCHBLUE72 for the donor pieces and the effort of hacking them out of the frame, boxing them, and shipping them to me. Gracias!
