Favorite Chev engine of all time

There's lots of polls goin round but hey they're fun! I'll try to put the most common ones 6's, sb, bb. There are others, 265, 409bb, 305 v-6, 302, 383 but there are only 10 options. I think the 327 is the one for me, but I just got one!
Have fun!
Jesse

I gotta say, the dual quad 409 was definitely bad in its day. So many good engines built by Chevy. The die-hard, high reving small block, the shear torque and power of a healthy big block, oh my, I'm getting a semi...........

Ok, I'll take the 425hp/427. Nice nice nice!

I've had good service with the BB402 engines but I do like a 4bolt main 350 for a daily driver.

327 350 hp 4 speed 66 chevy II with a 4.11 posi on 8 inch radials

pure sideways action.

Nothing is as fun as a high winding 327.

unless of course you got a bullit proof big block LOL!!!.

I vote 327 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only substitute for cubic inches is more cubic inches.

I'm going to go for the 1967 corvette with the 427/435 horsepower tripower big block, dual disk clutch and rock crusher 4 speed. Sound about right? Someday I shall win the lottery.

Forgot bout the 307, just say that 305 on the list is a 307, I couldn't get them all though! there's the 265 sb, 230 l6, 235 l6, those first bbs, 409/348, 4.3 v-6, Lt-1, new chev v-8's, 366, big gmc v-6s and the v-12, could go on and on!

409, 348, 502,454,427,350,327,283 in that order. Nostalgia comes first (probably due to age) then qubes/stroke.
