That sucks...on the other hand I have done biz with them and it has all been good...in fact they took back a PG sub that I had bought from a different seller on ebay and swapped it for the PG sub that I wanted. Sorry you had a bad experience, I probably won't deal with them again after hearing your story...maybe I just lucked out in the 2 dealings that I went thru with them???

I'm not sure if you lucked out, or I just had a bad transaction with them. They have a TON of totally pleased customers, which is why I bought the amp from them. I know for sure I won't deal with them anymore, but that's just how it goes sometimes.
