Changed cab bushings, now I cant move the gear selector

WTF is going on here? All I did was change the cab bushings, now the gear selector lever wont budge. I got under the truck and the linkage is fine, no bends, breaks or binding anywhere. Why is my truck doing this?

On another note, the rear drivers side of the cab is still lower then everything else so my truck looks screwed up still. Im guessing this means bent frame?

When you lifted the cab to change the bushings, did you unhook the shift linkage first? If not, it may have tried to turn backwards when you let the cab down. You might try unhooking it and make sure it's trying to go the right way. Hope that helps, good luck.

I ended up having to drop the tranny pan as it turned out to be internal. A few good whacks with the plastic end of a screwdriver got it working good again. Freakin automatics....
