check out www.mar-k.com they'll have everything you need for that stepside bed... i've got a ton of stuff from them in the past.

www.lmctruck.com and www.chevyduty.com also has stuff for our beds...

all three companies have free catalogs!!!

A little off topic, but I wonder why GM never offered a wood bed in the 73-87 swb fleetside? They offered it in the swb and lwb step, and in the lwb fleetside. Just throwin it in there since we are talking about wood bed floors.

I believe Bruce Horkey (sp) also offers wood bed kits.

I've often wondered the same thing. I'd try to do a wood floor in my 86 if it wasn't a work truck...

wood bed

They did, or at least I have seen one...ONE, with a wood bed. It was a 1976 SWB for sale in Federal Way a couple years back, descent truck....if it wasn't factory then they did a good job with the wood bed, and this was a $1200 truck...the bed was the nicest feature.

btw....I'd also check out year one and chevy duty both of them sell wood bed kits. I looked around for one for my stepside and I believe the best deal quality wise was with these two, chevy duty is the one I'd go with. The bed kit is somewhere in the 500-600 range.
