Top radiator bracket

Hi Guys,
My Bro-in-law gave me a top radiator bracket for my 4 core radiator, but is the wrong one. It has 1 bend in it, and thats for the two bolts where it mounts to the rad support, and the rest is straight. Using this mount would put the radiator 6 inches away from the radiator support.

Is this top mount/bracket for the 1967-72 GM trucks? Also, does anyone got a pic or 2 of there top radiator mounts on their trucks they can post?
TIA,
David
