I rebuilt a Carter 9000 series that is extremly close to the Edelbrock 1406. I was going to use it, but then I got a brand new 1406 as a gift, and well...on the shelf it sits rebuit and ready to run.

Carb
thanks for the offers but i am in need of a 4 barrell kind of on the cheap side as i do not have a lot to spend and was hoping someone had an old extra one that is just taking up space. I can spend some just not a lot for a rebuilt one.

Would you be interested in an intake? I have a GM stock aluminum intake for a quadrajet, $45 shipped to your door. It's very nice, no stripped holes or any other kind of damage.
