1969 chevy option info HELP

I have the glove box open in my c-10 '69 truck but it was off of a FArm here in NY state ... not much options on the sheet... but very hard to read .. water damage etc.. well here goes
4085AB body side molding
4650AA heavy duty rear springs
4453NA RADIO -PUSH BUTTON
4595 AB AMMETER .........(can't read)
. . . . . White .........

right side "
no numbers at all

....... molding
.........mirror
.... rear step bumper
...... custom group
. . . . red custom
can anybody help pleasssssssssssssssse

what more do you need to know, those are pretty self explanatory, custom comfort and appearance is Z62

HD rear springs are worth 500lbs each side extra, radio, body side moldings and ammeter self explanatory, need the mirror code to tell ytou which it originally had, is probably DG4 or close to that. has a factory installed rear bumper which is uncommon, most were dealer/aftermarket installed, that wil be a V code, molding is probably that it got upper moldings too, basically it probably had all available body moldings for the year from the looks of it

Looks like your truck has those "odd" codes like mine does. Im still looking for a way to decode mine too.

Yours have a description so no problem but alot of mine don't.
