Identify this Carb??
I was wanting to know if anybody could identify this HOLLEY Carb. It is a double pumper.. What CFM? Is it a good carb? The only #'s I could find on it is

The 4778 # says its a 700 CFM. I had a 4777 650 CFM on my small block and liked it

Its 700 cfm, but my book is too old (dont have a listing on the -4), so i cant give all the specs on it. You might try the Holley website....

I would say you might re-jet but would work fine

It's also a double pumper.
Like 1970 CST said, jet it down and it should work fine. Check out www.mortec.com - it has Holley carb information and tuning tips as well as a lot of other info.. Paul
