need rear axle mounts

I have a 96 trans-am posi rear end with a 380 gear and disc brakes. I need to find a place that sells weld on brackets to mount to our rear ends. I have found a machine shop that will add the 5 on 5 patern to match front discs. PLEASE HELP!!!

You can buy pads from Summit for $15, Mopar section of catalog. IMO, you are wasting your time/money. The Camaro rear is what I call ultra light duty, it has insufficient ability to shed heat in the brakes for the weight of the truck, the housing is narrow so you will have to run wheels with lots of positive offset, the differential is not suitable for the power/weight of truck, the axle tubes are not thick enough for the trucks weight, and I could probably think of some more...

i agree totally, you are wasting youer time trying to put such a tiny rear end under your truck, it wil never hold up and the type of limited slip they have wont last long either. you owuld be better off snagging a lincoln or caddy disc rear or use the parts to convert to discs on your current axle
early classic has the kit also

good luck
