Long Bed Price?

I am curious as to a fair price for a 1970 longbed fleetside in good condition.
It is the bed only, there was an ad in a local paper for it asking for best offer.
The owner says it is in good to great shape. I am going to look at it this weekend and was curious what I should offer.

Thanks

You need to take PICS or look at it first. One guy told me a box was in great shape and when I lifted the plastic bedliner I saw my FEET!

I will, I was just wanting an idea of a good price before I went. I know if it is is good shape then 200 is a steal but is 600 to much?

Not up in the north, 600 for a real nice one would not be a steal but may be worth it if your's is toast.

Around the midwest area Texas,Okla,Ark,Missouri they run in the neighborhood of 100-500, and for 5 bills it would have a couple of minor removable however dings.and if you can see your feet thru it then they pay you to take it away.

I gave 150 for mine and its in good shape has surface rust on it but hey we're in the rust belt so you know. It still ahd a lot of the origninal paint that would just need a polish to like good as new almost. The underside was in better shape then the bed floor. I got a good deal on it though. post some pics of it if you can. and then go from there.

long bed with toolbox and factory aux tank

I've been trying to sell mine locally for $300. It has the passenger side toolbox with key and the drivers side aux tank (same filler height as behind the seat tank), upper and lower moulding. The toolbox door has a quarter size rust spot on the lower right corner and the bed floor has heavy surface rust from water sitting in it last winter but still solid and not wavy and no takers or even lookers.
