picts and info on soft tonneau covers please

When my truck is back on the road I want a soft tonneau cover for my truck but I don’t want to drill for snaps. I like the idea of the newer soft covers that snap to aluminum frame and the frame attaches to the bed rail with topper clamps. Who makes these for our trucks? Any one have one? Please post picts and source of where you bought yours and how much it cost.

Thanks

I have tonneau covers on a couple of my trucks. They are both Access brand covers. I got them at a swap meet so I didn''t pay retail. They are very expensive new but a really nice cover and you can run them with bedside rails.
had to do just a little modifing on the mounting rails as they don't make one for 67-72. I have seen some sportmasters and tek brands on our trucks that look very nice and are usually around $189-$258

I have one on my ZR2 like the second one. Clamp on frame, bow across the middle. Was on the truck so I don't know any more about it other than it is hard to mess with when its cold.

The frame just clamps to the box lip inside so no screws or holes.
The cover is held on sides with velcro to the tonneau rails ,not the box. The whole thing will roll up to the front of the cab(cross bars are hooked into tonneau top) for hauling taller stuff.I like it because you can install it in about 10 minutes. Only downside on Access cover is that because it mounts to the inside edge of box the stake pockets are exposed.

The stepsides are tricky because the "lip" on the bed goes the oposite way
so clamping the thing is out of the ?.
I made one from a RAM longbox cover. Took a day's work but turned out
nice. Just have to fix the corners up. Not a very good fabric guy in the corners.

I run Sport Master soft covers on both of my trucks. They have the aluminum frame with a foam barrier where it meets the painted surface. Both of my covers use snaps which slide along the frame. The Sport Master cover goes the full width of the bed covering the stake pockets so if you wanted to utilize a bedrail, they won't work together. The cross bows are easy to remove and replace and I still have full access to the gate. Sorry, I don't have pictures for you as both trucks are tucked away in winter storage......come on spring!!!

My rear rail doesnt not attach to the tailgate so u do have access to the bed by the tailgate. The rear rail attaches to the side rails. Oh and the one I have has snaps.

Very nice truck! What can you tell me about rims?

My 71 is all stock, even has a single Nissan hub cap! I like the rims and centercaps you are running: what did you match up? Sizes, source?
Thanks!

i really like them myself and think they look good.. dont see it to offen.
